CHP LABS Creapure Creatine 500g
Price:
AUD 39.00
Code:
9338567005215
Taking creatine, even in the short term, significantly improves maximal strength and endurance. Creatine intake also results in improved concentration, higher endurance in training and faster recovery. Dosage with a loading phase: (From Creapure Website)* 20 g (4 x 5 g) creatine monohydrate per day for 6 days, followed by a maintenance phase with 1 x 2-5 g per day or, alternatively, 0.3 g creatine monohydrate per kg body weight per day, followed by a maintenance phase of 0.03 g per kg body weight per day. Dosage without a loading phase: 3 g per day for 4 weeks, followed by a maintenance phase with 2-5 g per day. Creatine should always be taken with caffeine-free beverages, such as water, fruit juice or warm tea (which improves solubility). Make sure you take the creatine with enough fluids (rule of thumb: 1 g creatine/100 mL fluids). The creatine drink should always be prepared fresh and consumed on the same day since creatine does not stay stable for long in liquids. Creatine and Caffeine Taking high doses of caffeine (5 mg per kg body weight per day) at the same time as creatine negates the ergogenic (performance-enhancing) effect of creatine. Small amounts of caffeine (e.g., 1-2 cups of coffee) appear not to negatively influence creatine’s effects. Creapure® Creatine is a dietary food supplement for optimum health and vitality. * Australian food standards reccomends 3g of Creatine per day maximum! NOTE: CHP LABS Creapure® Creatine is not a sole source of nutrition and should be used in conjunction with a nutritious diet and physical training or exercise program. We recommend drinking 2 litres of water per day when using dietary supplements. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

Bulk Nutrition Tri Creatine Malate 300g
Price:
AUD 30.00
Code:
9338567005055
Tri-creatine malate is a remarkable new supplement available for all strength-training individuals. The most amazing aspect of this creatine product is its enormously high bioavailability rate compared to other forms of creatine supplements. Tri-creatine malate provides a high instance of increased water solubility as compared to other creatine. Creatine, as a general rule is not water-soluble which makes the typical high dosage sensible. Creatine on its own is difficult for the body to absorb and transport to the muscles for available energy. That is where tri-creatine malate is creating a literal stir in the fitness community. Tri-creatine malate is formulated by molecularly bonding malic acid and creatine together. Malic acid enhances energy production in order to achieve maximum muscle performance. Tri-creatine malate is a pivotal part of the body’s natural energy cycle and mixed with the high impact effects of creatine, provides a much more competent and reliable way to build muscle mass.
