How To Boost Growth Hormone By 700%

Here’s how you can increase your Growth Hormone (G.H.) by 700% !

Imagine a secret so well kept, that it remained a secret for 18 years.  A secret that could help you build more muscle naturally than you have ever been able to.

BACKGROUND

What is Human Growth Hormone (HGH) ?

Human Growth Hormone is the ‘master’ hormone of the body. It is produced by the pituitary gland in the brain and its release into the bloodstream is controlled by the Hypothalamus – also in the brain. Healthy adult males 20-40 years old, produce 0.4mg to 1.0mg per day (Those who exercise intensely produce the higher levels). Between 5 and 10 mg is stored in the pea shaped ball known as the pituitary gland, which hangs on a stalk off your brain. After the age of 20, G.H. levels steadily begin to decrease.

HGH is known as the master hormone it controls the sex hormones (eg. testosterone) as well as every other hormone manufactured by the various glands of the body.

Of special importance to us for building bigger, stronger muscles are 3 reactions;

1.             Testosterone

2.             I G F – 1I

3.             Insulin

1)         Testosterone

Dr C.H.L.i at the University of California established 40 years ago, that G.H. increases Testosterone levels. It achieves this by enhancing the action of Leuteinizing Hormone which is the hormone that tells the body to make more Testosterone.

(Note; Tribulus Terrestris and Red Clover act synergistically if stacked with HGH to provide Phyto-Hormones and plant chemicals to boost Testosterone levels even higher).

2)             I G F – 1

Once in the bloodstream, G.H. enters the liver, where it is destroyed. In the process it stimulates production of Insulin-like growth factors, also called Somatomedins (these are part of a group of chemicals known as Polypeptides). The most powerful of these is Somatomedins – C, which is also called Insulin-Like-Growth Factor – 1 (IGF-1).

Somatomedins circulate through your bloodstream for hours (see table 2), causing muscular growth.

3)         Insulin

Now this is the most anabolic of all the hormones – even Testosterone. Insulin peaked at the 30 minute mark after taking the G.H. stack (see table 3). This will coincide with the start of your workout .

O.K.  There is at least 3 great reasons as to why you want peak G.H. levels for maximum anabolic drive and growth – so how do you do it in practical terms?  What’s the secret?

Well, it’s not really a secret at all………….

In 1981, two Doctors at the University of Rome demonstrated that 1200mg L-Arginine-2-Pyrrolidone, 5 Carboxylate, stacked with 1200mg 1-Lysine Hydrochloride taken orally (not intravenously) gave a 700% increase in HGH peaking at 90 mins (see table 2) after taking.

The results also demonstrated that the above stack contributed to an increase in Insulin levels.  In conjunction with this increase in Insulin levels, Somatomedin levels also increased for many hours (see table 2). It was also most importantly demonstrated that the G.H. secreted, was biologically active – in other words, it could trigger all the positive reactions we want to happen – increase muscle and decrease fat simultaneously.

So why has it taken so long for this knowledge to get out, if it’s not a secret?

Well, the answer is simple. The cost of this particular Arginine peptide retails at around $3500 per kilo! Wow, that’s expensive! No supplement manufacturer in the world could afford to put this particular form of Arginine in their amino acid formulations. They use much cheaper Arginine Hydrochloride (around $600 per kilo retail) in the hope that this would work just as well.  Unfortunately, it does not – as I am sure hundreds of you have found out 15 years ago when amino acids first became the rage.

I have personally experimented with Arginine and Lysine in the right proportions and have found no noticeable results, nothing happened, Zilch!

What I knew was that it didn’t work – simple as that. What I did not know however, was that I wasn’t being given the right form of Arginine.

This particular peptide is the one that performs the magic. It seems to resemble a very sophisticated “key” that “unlocks” the pituitary gland into releasing a surge/pulse of G.H. into the blood system when combined with L-lysine Hydrochloride, at a dose of 1200mg each (see table 4 Synergy). The effect appeared to be specific to the combination of the two amino acids; neither of the amino acids demonstrated appreciable stimulating activity when administered alone, even at the same doses.

Another amazing feature about this stack is that only small oral doses are required. Most other studies demonstrating G.H. release through amino acids have used intravenous administration and the equivalent in oral dose is so high as to be impractical.

This stack is very different, a true synergy can be clearly demonstrated and scientifically validated (see table 4). Even more amazing, is that these two aminos actually ‘compete’ against one another to cross the blood – brain barrier and should theoretically be opposing each other. The blood – brain barrier is a system designed by evolution to protect the brain. To cross the barrier, amino acids have to be carried by specific transport molecules. The transport capacity is very limited and once it is full, no more aminos can cross the barrier for some time.

In this stack, instead of competing, they seem to be assisting each other in some miraculous way.  This stack has an effect on your pituitary as great as the body’s own hormone for stimulating G.H. (Somatocrinin) and so its potency can be appreciated.

Here’s the Stack.

1200mg   1-arginine    -    2-pyrrolidone    -   5-carboxylate

1200mg   1-lysine hydrochloride

Note;

Do not have a large steak or solid protein meal before training. Your final meal prior to training should be around 3 hours before, and should comprise of an easily digestible form of protein such as WPC or WPI in a protein shake.

This stack must be taken on a stomach empty of competing aminos, or it won’t work. Consume ½ an hour before your training session  (which I have found works best if kept at a high intensity for no longer than one hour).

Immediately following training, eat, which will be 90 minutes after taking the G.H. Stack. This is when your G.H. levels hit their peak and is the ideal time to consume a fast acting protein such as WPC or WPI, to maximise the anabolism you have created in your body and build some serious muscle.

The reason for taking the stack before training, is that high intensity weight training naturally raises G.H. levels by stimulating Somatocrinin. We’re going to ‘supercharge’ this effect so that you maximise the effects of your hard training.

The best time of the day to train for maximum anabolism is in the evening before sleeping.

The association of the two amino acids seemed to provoke a much greater HGH response than either of them demonstrated alone (SYNERGY). Individually, their influence on HGH was practically non-existent, even when administered in doses equal to the total amino acid dosage of the combination.

Summary:

A study was carried out on 15 male volunteers to evaluate qualitatively the secretion of growth factors following stimulation by oral amino acids.

The results showed that oral administration of a combination of two amino acids (1200mg 1-Lysine plus 1200mg L-Arginine-2-Pyrrolidone-5-Carboxylate) provoked a release of pituitary Somatotrophin, Somatomedin and Insulin.

This phenomenon was reproducible, and G.H. secreted in response to this stimulation had biological activity (as demonstrated by radioreceptor assay and Somatomedin induction).

The effect appeared to be specific to the combination of the two amino acids; neither of the amino acids demonstrated appreciable stimulating activity when administered alone, even at the same doses.

G.H. release hits its peak (700% increase!)  90 minutes after taking the stack.
