How much should I take?
A basic rule of thumb is 2-3 grams of protein per kilogram of weight.
That is if you weigh 100kg, you should take 200grams of Protein (dietary
total) to maintain, or up to 300grams to gain size. You should
calculate your average intake to include Protein from other high quality
sources like chicken, beef, tuna etc.
Directions:
Take 40g (2 scoops ) in 200-250ml of water or skim milk 3-4
