π₯ 1 egg
π₯ 1 scoop Bulk Nutrition Whey Concentrate Vanilla protein powder
Method
π₯ Mash banana with a fork into a large bowl
π₯ Crack egg into bowl and mix with banana
π₯ Add protein powder and mix well with spoon until well combined
π₯ Heat olive oil in a fry pan on low-medium heat. Cook pancakes 2-3 mins on each side or until golden brown
