DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 30 grams of powder (approx. 1 scoop) with 200mls-300 ml of cold water or skim milk in a shaker bottle and shake for 10-20 seconds and enjoy. Best to be taken immediately after a training for optimum results. Can also be taken at any time of the day.
